Spectrum is based in Mumbai, and its manufacturing plant is located at Vasai East.

• Spectrum is a printing and packaging manufacturing company, so there is the challenge of maintaining each “Make to Order” JOB with different cut sizes and managing the inventory of each product.

• The ERP solution needs to support each JOB and route production of each job, along with standard business processes and financial integration. The solution needs to be user-friendly and flexible to capture all the information. The solution has to be accessible at any place, any time.
• Cloud-based SAP Business one fitted well, with user-intuitive interfaces, the flexibility of user-defined fields, business rules, approvals, and customized software development for client’s business scenarios to fulfil requirements.

We understood the client requirements with comprehensive business process discussions. We mapped SAP B1 available features and wrapped them in a completely customized solution for this requirement.

• A total customized solution has been developed, which includes JOB Ticket Add-on and Route Card Add-on as well as Route Card Production Add-on.
• Using JOB ticket add design team and marketing team can map their orders with jobs and specifications for further analysis and tracking.
• There is more customization done for Job Ticket and Project as each JOB ticket is linked with the project.
• The Route Card Add-on is used for manufacturing products in stages.
• Using the Stages, the user can do production entries at one place for each production.
• Using slitting add-on for optimum cutting with automatic accounting of the cost of wastages.

Implementation for Spectrum Scan was completed in 4 months.

• JOB Ticket Add-on brings a clear view of each stage with Status, which is linked with the project.
• Route Card Add-on gives a complete track of each production stage with Sales Order and JOB Ticket Number, generated in JOB Ticket Add-on.
