• JVN’s main challenge has been imports tracking and inventory tracking with expiry date management.
• They needed a robust ERP solution to cover all the processes from procurement, inventory, distribution, and financial accounting.
• The main challenge was automating the consignment-wise imports tracking and calculating assessable values, customs duty, total costs, seamlessly and minimizing multiple entry points.
• They also needed inventory tracking, and automation of batch selection, based on the expiry date ( FEFO First expired First Out).

JVN wanted to implement SAP Business One, being an affordable and complete solution with strong support from SAP. The selection of RPM was based on RPM’s proven track record for understanding customer’s pain points, configuring solutions accordingly, and supporting the implementation.

The project was completed in 8 weeks and was entirely managed remotely despite the challenging Covid conditions.
