Challenges

  • Ban Labs is a manufacturer and retailer of skincare, beauty and hair care products, so there is a challenge of maintaining schemes and discounts on products as they have different types of schemes and prices for each product.

We understood the clients’ requirements with comprehensive business process discussions. We mapped available features in SAP Business One and wrapped them in a completely customized solution for this requirement.

Implementation for Ban Labs was completed in 4 months.

Solutions

  • A total customized solution has been developed which includes Price Distribution Management Add-On, Quality Control Add-On and Route Card Add-On.
  • The Price Distribution Management System will help to control the schemes, price and MRP for predefined business groups at the time of Sales Order and dispatching the goods.
  • Discounts, prices and schemes are maintained using customization forms.
  • Quality Control is maintained using a separate customization add-on, there is a specific parameter defined for each SKU to control quality.
  • Quality control is checked after goods receipt in the system for each batch (for raw and packing material), it is also checked after the production entry for finished goods.
  • For each quality check, there is system control for approval, rejected or partially rejected or partially approved and each system has a label with necessary data.
  • The system has predefined reports and COA (Certificate of Analysis).
  • Route Card Add-On provided the functionality of auto entry of production transactions with a unique batch for each SKU.

Results

  • Price management for each SKU and scheme for different categories of customers. (eg. distributors, super stockers, etc.)
  • Easy to maintain schemes and discounts for each group with respect to SKUs.
  • Route Card Add-On for smooth transaction of productions along with Quality Control at each stage, with its status and reports.
