About the client
Aeronutrix is India’s leading sports, daily nutrition and plant-based active nutrition brand. It sells sports nutrition supplements for athletes and anyone with an active lifestyle under the brand name Fast & Up.
With highly innovative Swiss R&D and Italian inputs, the company aims to revolutionize the way sports nutrition is administered. The Sports journey that began in Switzerland with a vision to provide innovative products to the market has become a recognizable brand in Europe and the USA is now making its way to India.
Challenges
- Processing orders manually from all different portals with proper stock management and picking the correct batch with respect to expiry was difficult to manage.
- Online sales on various e-commerce platforms as well as their own website along with coupons and coins redemption was a huge task.
- Maintaining different types of schemes and discounts manually was a great challenge.
- Communication with delivery partners for generating AWB numbers and generating pickup information to courier partners was a tedious task.
Process
We had a detailed discussion for implementing the requirement. An interactive discussion session was held with process owners for a complete understanding of the current process. A complete To-Be process was drafted including the integration with the client portal and also other online sales portal.
Timeline
A timeline of 4 months was specified and strictly followed for successful implementation of all the business processes including integration with various portals and delivery partners.
Solutions and Results
- With the help of SAP Service Layer, we created an integration setup that communicated with the external online portals for the generation of sales orders in the system. These orders had all the schemes and coupons details redeemed during the order placement on the online portal.
- Auto batch pick add-on helped assign the batches based on the remaining shelf life defined for customers.
- The courier partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart and E-Com.) were also integrated with a system by which clients could check whether the shipping pin code was serviceable.
- An AWB number was auto-generated if the location were serviceable.
- For COD transactions the delivery partner account was automatically updated with the incoming payment transactions.
- Various reports were developed that helped the management with all the sales figures corresponding to different portals, locations, verticals and cost centres.

SAP Business One capabilities and RPM’s expert implementation skills have together helped us overcome one of the key challenges to our business. SAP Business One and e-commerce integration has enabled us to process orders from various e-commerce sites as well as our website and accordingly fulfil them, while also optimally managing our stock.
